I'm so glad you stopped by. At The Basics With Beth, we are all about helping you do three things: get the basics, live the life and do the stuff!

As a follower of Jesus for over 45 years, as a Bible basics teacher for 40 years, and working side-by-side with my husband Jeff to co-found and pastor Valley Family Church for 32 years, I've noticed something. People are genuinely hungry for the gospel basics. They don't want hype or magic-bullet sermons -- and they don't need great sounding theories. People want and deserve the practical, proven and time-tested wisdom that comes from God's Word. I'll bet you want the same thing.

That's why I am passionate about sharing the Bible basics that have transformed my own life to encourage and empower you. And … I don't want anything from you! I legitimately want to help YOU, and that's why we've made most of our resources — whether books, online courses, our app, podcasts, videos or intensives available at a free or reasonable price point or through a "name-your-own-price" option!
